This thesis is devoted automation of system of the account of clients for the repair-building company. The choice has been made for the task in view decision «Clients Count 2.72». During work the software product has been optimised for the concrete enterprise.
The system of clients’ relations management (CRM) is, first of all, the concept directed on construction of steady business relations with clients and business strategy which kernel is the client-focused approach. This strategy is founded on use of front lines administrative and information technology with which help the company collects and accumulates the information on the clients at all stages of their life cycle (attraction, deduction, loyalty), takes from it knowledge and uses this knowledge in interests of the business by forming of clients relations management with them.
As a result of researches efficiency of use of system of the account of clients for the enterprise, and profitableness for repair-building «Dallestroi» has besten calculated.
